This wreath is made of thin strips of paper which I have made as small circles. These have been attached to a sheet of plastic by using needles and glue. I have also made a bow and decorated it with small red pearls. Everyone who participated on the quilling crop got a kit with materials together with instructions on how to make this wreath.
