A New Year is on our doorsteps and I hope 2023 will be a nice year with alot of creativity. On the following images you will see me making a New Year’s Card with a lot of small decorations.
Here you can see what I will be using on my card – it is feather, twigs, bows and small glittering balls.

The papers I am using is small leftovers from an earlier project. I thought it was perfect for my New Years project here.

As you can see I am scoring all edges with a tool which often are used in sewing and quilting projects. It makes a pierced edge which I really like.

The colors of the Distress Inks (Pumice Stone and Hickory Smoke) are used for the flowers you see on the image below.

I make the shapes of the flowers using my hand.

These lovely dials are from Your Own Scrap. I have painted the clock on it and it is important to let it all dry before continuing working with it.

Here is my finished New Year’s Card.
