50 States in Paper

How many have you visited? I have only been to Massachussetts and New York, but I surely would like to visit more. And when I do I want to do as Kira – I will make the name of the states in paper and use it for layouts featuring my trip to US! Or I could buy them from Kira. Her version of the state titles are just gorgeous!

Kira has made these beautiful US state titles using textured cardstock that is cut from a electronic cutting machine (Cricut and Silhouette Cameo). She used SVG files from Treasure Box Designs.

After the cutting process the layers/pieces are manually shaded around cardstocks’ edge using a stamping ink (Kira prefers Versamagic Chalk Ink).

Once the shading is done Kira glues the pieces together and the final product of the state is complete and ready to add to a scrapbook layout.

Kira has put the state titles for sale in her Scrapbook Embellishment shop on Etsy so if you want to study them in more detail or buy them you can visit MyTearBear
