What are the trends in papercrafting this spring? We have found four things which is trending in the US and Europe right now.
1) PURSES AND BAGS
This time of year purses and bags made of paper are popular for confirmations. These three gorgeous bags are all made by Anita Victoria in Norway and are super trendy. For these are not only popular being this time of year they also look like they are coming straight from Burberry and Chanel’s Spring Catalogues. The bags are made using cutting files from svgcuts.

2) EXTENDED MOTIVES
Motives that are expanding out of its regular place and into the card are very popular among cardmakers right now. Sometimes it is hard to find the right words to explain what I mean but if you have a closer look at the card beneath I am sure you will know what I mean. This elegant card is made by Helen Wallace in Australia. The Clip Art is from Creative Fabrika.
3) PIN WHEELS
Pin Wheels are fun and especially in spring time these are quite popular among cardmakers. In the photos beneath you will see two gorgeous versions made by Graciela and Susanne in Norway. Graciela’s pin wheel is made for a little boys birthday while Susanne’s pin wheel for Paperdesign is made for confirmation.
4) RAINBOWS
Rainbows are popular on both cards and layouts. This fun layout is made by Shannon Allor. Shannon has made the rainbow with different design papers from Echo Park Paper Carta Bella collection. I just love the colors and the design of this beautiful layout.
