I love making tags and I often make those instead of cards. For Halloween I do not send any cards, but I still enjoy making those projects. Purple is one of the colors I do not use normally. It is not my favorite color at all. Sometimes I like to challenge myself and use it anyway and there is no more perfect time for that than Halloween.
I made three different backgrounds for my tags using three different Tim Holtz stencils. The colors are the same, Villainous Potion with a touch of Prize Ribbon. Then I stamped and on top of it all I used Mica Spray to get that shimmery finish.
And don’t forget to get those negatives after using a stencil. Just spray with water and punch onto a piece of paper – love love love them! All the decorations are from Tim Holtz Halloween collections.
